How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Which areas in India do you deliver to?

We deliver across India. However, delivery to certain remote locations may take a little longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your shipment.

What courier partners do you use for shipping?

We use reliable courier partners like Bluedart, Ecom-Express, and Shadowfax to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can contact our customer support team to update the delivery address. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

What should I do if my package was marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

What are the shipping charges for my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping charge may apply.

Can I request express shipping for my order?

At the moment, we do not offer express shipping. However, we ensure that all orders are delivered as quickly as possible within 3-5 business days.

Return & exchange FAQs

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item. You can initiate a return within 3 business days of receiving your order.

How do I initiate a return if I received a damaged or defective product?

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team via email at customercare@fashioncolour.in or call us at 8712777777 within 3 days of receiving the order. Provide your order ID and a photo of the product.

What items are not eligible for return?

Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging and tags are not eligible for return. Returns initiated after 3 business days are also not accepted.

Will I get a full refund if I return a product?

Yes, if the product is defective or you received the wrong item, you will receive a full refund once the product is returned to us in its original packaging.

How long does the return process take?

Once you contact us and we pick up the product (within 2-4 business days), the refund or replacement will be processed after we verify that the returned product is in its original condition.

Do I need to return the free gift with my order?

Yes, any free gifts included with your purchase must be returned along with the product for a refund or exchange.

What should I do if the replacement product is not available?

In case a replacement is not available for the defective or wrong product you received, we will issue a full refund.

Can I exchange the product if I change my mind about the shade?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind about the shade or after using the product.
