Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all locations within India, using reliable courier services to ensure that your orders arrive safely and on time.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote Areas: For remote or less accessible locations, delivery may take up to 7-10 business days. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹500. Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner’s website. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us at customercare@fashioncolour.in.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at customercare@fashioncolour.in  or call us at 8712777777. Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, transportation strikes, or other logistical challenges. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer support team, and we will investigate the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is not claimed, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged or Lost Items

All orders are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a replacement or refund. Kindly provide a photo of the damaged item and your order details.
