Best mascara for the price range (and definitely waterproof)

Here's a list of things I've done with this mascara on:1. Cried during sad films2. Washed my face in the public toilet after crying during sad films3. Ran about in the sun until my entire face was sweatingThe mascara did not run. Not even a little bit. It is definitely waterproof. Ladies, wear it and look fabulous even when you're goofily dancing in the rain.Some other pros:1. Does not smudge2. Does not make lashes look clumpy3. Does not make my lashes fall off or them in any way4. Does not make my eyes itchy (despite the fact that I am an amateur who pokes herself in the eye with the mascara stick at least four times per application)I can't imagine going for any other mascara. I think a few other brands give my lashes more volume, or maybe make them curl more, but for the sheer resistance this has to water, I will go for this again and again.

this works very well. The wand is easy to use and we can see the results from the first coat itself! i wanted a non waterproof one because I tend to rub my lashes too hard when taking off the waterproof ones as they donot want to come off. I wear it in the morning and this one stays all day. It does smudge a little if i rub my eyes but that is okay
