This primer is good for dry to normal skin it gives shine on your face and is is moisturizing as well. No need to apply moisturizer under this. It doesn't smoothens or blurs your pores. It is just for illumination and hyderation. If u have pores then it is not for you. But other than that it is very good foundation looks good on top of that. Dry skin lovelies will love this
